Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that trekking plans can sometimes change due to personal circumstances, weather conditions, flight delays, or other unexpected situations. If you need to cancel your trek, please inform us as early as possible. The refund amount depends on the cancellation date, services already booked, and any non-refundable payments made to hotels, airlines, permits, or local suppliers.

In case of cancellation before the trip, applicable refunds will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your booking. Permits, domestic flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and other services that have already been paid for or are non-refundable may not be eligible for a refund. Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated clearly before processing the refund.

For cancellations caused by bad weather, natural disasters, flight disruptions, political situations, road blockages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives. Refunds in such situations will depend on the amount recovered from service providers. We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation for added peace of mind.
